As the studio leading these high‑end Marbella reforms, we created fluid transitions between rooms, maximised natural light and established a cohesive palette of off‑whites and crisp black accents. This tailored approach effectively eliminates unnecessary visual noise, focusing entirely on structural purity, open‑plan layouts and the stark, elegant contrasts that define each space, ultimately delivering a unified and sophisticated aesthetic identity throughout this entire luxury residence.
LIVING AREAS
The social heart of the villa is arranged across several levels to balance formal entertaining with private relaxation. On the ground floor, a pared-back family room features a striking media wall with an integrated linear fireplace set beneath a flush-mounted screen, accompanied by an elegant black console table and matching minimalist mirrors. The space is anchored by a generous off-white sectional sofa and a solid black marble coffee table, set against neutral walls and a perimeter ceiling cove with indirect LED lighting.
An adjacent lounge area is oriented around a low-profile white television unit, featuring light-toned marble flooring, a large white fabric sofa and a contrasting stone-topped coffee table with a dark metal frame. On the lower-ground floor, the former basement has been transformed into a sophisticated lounge and dining area.
