Modern villa renovation in Puerto Banus, Marbella

Located on the iconic Golden Mile near Puerto Banus, Marbella, this project involved a radical renovation of the old villa, stripping the property to its original structure to be reimagined by our architects in a contemporary minimalist style.

The reform highlights a new modern swimming pool with a water feature and a chill-out top terrace offering stunning views. A bespoke kitchen, multiple guest suites, and exclusive luxury furniture specially selected by our interior designers complete this sophisticated dream home.
