This project located in Sierra Blanca, Marbella, showcases our work as house reform specialists, involving the modern renovation of a villa in Marbella’s Golf Valley. As part of our refurbishment services, we focused on a clean, minimalist update for the ground floor and basement, prioritizing a functional layout and improved natural light.
By incorporating exclusive finishes and a custom kitchen design, we transformed the existing property into a bright, updated dream home that seamlessly integrates modern aesthetics and comfort.
This villa captures modern Mediterranean living with clean lines and practical luxury. Commissioned to ROMA Arquitectura Studio, the comprehensive renovation shows how considered space planning and premium materials can transform a home. As specialists in property reforms in marbella, our studio created fluid transitions between rooms, maximised natural light and established a cohesive palette of off‑whites, warm timbers and crisp black accents.
The social heart of the villa is arranged across several levels to balance formal entertaining with private relaxation. On the ground floor, a pared‑back family room features a striking media wall with an integrated linear fireplace. The room is anchored by a generous off‑white sectional and a solid black marble coffee table, set against neutral walls and a perimeter ceiling cove with indirect LED lighting.
On the lower‑ground level, the former basement has been transformed into a sophisticated lounge and dining area. This remarkable overhaul demonstrates how high‑end marbella property reforms, realised through our studio’s architectural approach, can unlock the potential of darker, underused spaces and turn them into the focal point of social life. The dining area centres on a robust concrete‑effect table paired with iconic black Eames‑style chairs and sculptural cylindrical pendant lights.
Designed for the modern culinary enthusiast, the open‑plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the main dining area. The space is defined by an expansive central island with a thick white worktop and glossy grey lacquered sides. Complementing the island is a floor‑to‑ceiling wall of cabinetry with a reflective, polished finish that beautifully mirrors the room’s light.
Adjacent to this, the dining zone features a solid white minimalist table surrounded by upholstered off‑white chairs with sharp black metal legs, all beautifully anchored by a plush, pale rug. A symmetrical gallery of four abstract black‑and‑white artworks adds an extra layer of sophistication to this highly functional, open layout.
The private quarters focus on rich textures and bespoke comfort, serving as prime examples of how this reform in Sierra Blanca, Marbella, under our signature design approach, can elevate daily living. The principal bedroom is an elegant sanctuary dominated by an oversized bespoke padded black leather headboard that spans the main wall. It features minimalist black bedside tables with light‑stone tops, a matching off‑white reading armchair and striking oval pendant lights that cast a soft glow.
The secondary and guest bedrooms retain these luxurious standards while each room expresses its own character. One guest room features a dramatic sloping ceiling with white‑painted timber beams, contrasting with a dark headboard, a thick faux‑fur throw and clustered spherical pendant lights. Another bedroom embraces a warmer palette, using a continuous light‑wood headboard with integrated floating bedside tables, cosy burgundy accents and delicate clear‑glass globes. All bedrooms are seamlessly tied together by pristine white walls and high‑quality flooring.
The main bathroom has been reimagined as a sanctuary of minimalist luxury and wellness, representing the final element of our firm’s bespoke Marbella property reforms and interior design project. Dominated by premium book‑matched white marble with dramatic grey veining, the wet area integrates a built‑in bathtub and a walk‑in shower behind a seamless glass screen. This wet zone features matt black fixtures and an integrated marble bench.
The dry area hosts a bespoke floating vanity in light wood that supports a seamless marble countertop with double basins, twin embedded black taps and dual vertically oriented retro‑illuminated mirrors. A wall‑hung toilet completes this clean, uncluttered architectural design.
